We deliver within Germany twice a week: always on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries to Austria take place once a week, also on Tuesdays. Once the package has been shipped, it will arrive within 24 hours.

We pack your ice cream in a well-insulated and 100% recyclable box, add plenty of dry ice, and ship it via express delivery so your ice cream bars arrive frozen solid within 24 hours. Keep an eye on your ice cream package's tracking information so you can receive it or arrange for delivery to be left in a safe place. It's pointless to try to reschedule delivery with our shipping provider, as we adjust the amount of dry ice to the duration of the shipment. If your package is taken to a pickup point (very rare), please collect it as soon as possible.
