We ship within Austria every Tuesday – your package will arrive within 24 hours at the latest. We ship to Germany on Tuesdays and Thursdays – with delivery in a maximum of 24 hours. Fast, frozen, and straight to you.

We pack your FRO ZEN Power Snacks in a super-insulated, 100% recyclable box, including plenty of dry ice. Then it's off via express delivery – so your ice cream bars arrive frozen solid within 24 hours. It's best to check the tracking regularly so you can accept your package directly or grant permission to leave it in a safe place. (Because: dry ice doesn't like to wait for a second delivery attempt.) If, in exceptional circumstances, your package ends up at a pickup point: please collect it as soon as possible – your ice cream doesn't like to sit around for long.
