2016

No sugar, more protein, more muscles

Kenan, a food technologist and professional Olympic athlete in ice bobsleighing (what else?), came up with the brilliant idea of combining ice cream with protein while enjoying a “cloudy sundae” on a cozy evening on the couch.

Because he wanted to pamper his body while snacking on ice cream, he pioneered one of the first protein-rich ice creams in Europe – and all without added sugar.

THE FIRST ICE CREAM BARS

After the launch of High Protein Ice Cream Cups, Frozen Power developed further – we wanted to raise the BAR!

Together with a well-known master confectioner, we created the tastiest and most innovative ice cream bar on the market – as always, with no added sugar, but 100% tasty.

…FRO ZEN Power secured a listing in several food retailers.

2020

GO BIG OR GO HOME

Together with his family, Constantin Haas took over the startup and expanded Frozen Power thanks to an investment in a unique industrial production line.

While initially 5,000 ice cream bars were made by hand each week, around 40,000 can now be produced daily on a state-of-the-art and innovative facility. Constantin's expertise in industrial food processing facilities has proven extremely beneficial, as listings at SPAR are being expanded nationwide. Dreams coming true!

2022

SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

The focus is on product development as Frozen Power becomes FRO ZEN Power.

The design is more modern, hipper and more eye-catching, just like Constantin's constantly growing team. International expansion is progressing - listings in Germany, Romania and Slovenia are being implemented.

The first In&Out campaigns were implemented throughout Germany with ALDI Nord and ALDI Süd.
