Keep an eye on your ice cream package's tracking information so you can receive it or arrange for delivery to be left in a safe place. It's pointless to try to reschedule delivery with our shipping provider, as we adjust the amount of dry ice to the duration of the shipment. If your package is taken to a pickup point (very rare), please collect it as soon as possible.
