Where is delivery going?
We deliver our FRO ZEN Power products within Germany and Austria.
Which shipping service provider will ship the products?
In Germany, shipping is done with DPD. In Austria with our partner Daily.
How long are your delivery times?
Austria : In AT we ship within max. 48 hours.
Germany : In Germany we ship twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). So orders placed by Tuesday or Thursday 11am (excluding public holidays) will be delivered within 24 hours.
How does shipping with frozen products work?
In DE your order will be placed in a well-insulated, fully compostable box,
provided with sufficient dry ice and securely sealed. This keeps the delivery frozen for 24-48 hours. You will receive a shipment tracking link from DPD by email.
In Austria, the products are transported in a frozen truck. It is very important that someone is on site to receive the goods. You will be notified in advance by email when exactly the goods will be delivered.

What should I pay attention to when placing my order?
EN: After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email where you can track your order. Please provide your email address and phone number correctly so that the transport company can contact you.
AT: After dispatch, you will receive information from us about when your order will be delivered. It is very important that someone is on site to receive the order.

a valid VAT ID is required. After you have registered, your business account will be approved and you will receive a confirmation by email.
Unfortunately, your customer account in the regular online shop does not automatically apply to the B2B shop. In order to use the B2B shop, you must register separately.
