We place your ice cream in a well-isolated and 100% recyclable box, add enough dry ice and ship it per express delivery, so your ice cream bars arrive frozen within 24 hours. Keep an eye on the tracking status of your parcel, to collect it on time or arrange a drop-off authorisation. Please refrain from arranging a new delivery date with our shipping service provider, as we adjust the amount of dry ice to the duration of the shipment. If your parcel is taken to a pickup shop (very rare), please pick it up asap.
