We put your ice cream in a well-insulated and 100% recyclable box, add enough dry ice, and ship it with express so that your ice cream bars arrive frozen within 24 hours. Keep an eye on the tracking of your ice cream package so that you can receive your package or arrange a drop-off authorization. There is no point in arranging a new delivery date with our shipping service provider, as we adjust the amount of dry ice to the duration of the shipment. If your package is taken to a pickup shop (very rare), please pick it up asap.
