Where will it be delivered to?
We deliver our FRO ZEN Power products within Germany and Austria.
Which shipping provider is used to ship the products?
In Germany, shipping is handled by DPD. In Austria, it's handled by our partner Daily.
How long are your delivery times?
Austria : In Austria, we ship within a maximum of 48 hours.
Germany : In Germany, we ship twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). Orders placed by 11:00 AM on Tuesday or Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered within 24 hours.
How does shipping frozen products work?
In Germany, your order will be placed in a well-insulated, fully compostable box.
Packed with sufficient dry ice and securely sealed, your shipment will remain frozen for 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking link from DPD via email.
In Austria, the products are transported in a refrigerated truck. It is essential that someone is present to receive the delivery. You will be notified in advance by email of the exact delivery time.
