ICE CREAM SHIPPING?
Yes, that's true - it works! We put your ice cream in a well-insulated and 100% compostable box, add enough dry ice and seal it properly. This way, our ice cream bars will still arrive frozen within 24-48 hours.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping to Germany: We ship every Tuesday and Thursday, so delivery takes place within 24 hours. Immediately after your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. It is also very important to provide an address where the ice cream box can be collected, as the ice cream starts to thaw after 48 hours.
Shipping in Austria: We ship every Wednesday, so delivery takes place within a maximum of 48 hours. Immediately after your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. It is also very important to provide an address where the ice cream box can be picked up, as the ice cream starts to thaw after 48 hours.
SHIPPING COSTS
The minimum order value for Germany is €30. Shipping within Germany is €9.99. From a shopping basket value of 50€ you pay no shipping costs.
Minimum order value for Austria is 30€. Shipping within Austria is €5.90. From a shopping basket value of 50€ you pay no shipping costs.
