Wir liefern innerhalb Deutschlands zweimal pro Woche: immer am Dienstag und Donnerstag. In Österreich erfolgt die Lieferung einmal wöchentlich, ebenfalls am Dienstag. Sobald das Paket versendet wurde, kommt es innerhalb von 24
Stunden beim Kunden an.

Wir legen dein Eis in eine gut isolierte und zu 100 % recyclebare Box, fügen genügend Trockeneis hinzu, und versenden mit Express sodass deine Eisriegel innerhalb von 24 Stunden tiefgekühlt bei dir ankommen. Behalte die Sendungsverfolgung von deinem Eispaket im Auge, sodass du dein Paket entgegen nehmen kannst oder mache eine Abstellgenehmigung aus. Es macht keinen Sinn einen neuen Zustelltermin mit unserem Versanddienstleister zu vereinbaren, da wir die Menge an Trockeneis an die Dauer des Versands anpassen. Falls dein Paket in ein Pickup Shop gebracht wird (sehr selten), bitte asap abholen.

"I really wanted to love these ice cream bars, bilut they have a tendency to taste pretty artifical, sadly. These days there are protein bars on the market that taste absolutely divine, so surely it must be possible in ice cream form as well. Please k3ep improving, I really want as product like this."
