Which shipping provider is used to ship the products?

In Germany we ship with DPD Express and in Austria we ship with UPS.

How long are your delivery times?

Austria : We ship once a week (Tuesday). Orders placed by 11:00 AM on Tuesday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered within 24 hours (Wednesday).

Germany : We ship twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). Orders placed by 11:00 AM on Tuesday or Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be delivered within 24 hours.

How does shipping frozen products work?

Deine Bestellung wird in eine gut isolierte, vollständig kompostierbare Box gelegt,
mit ausreichend Trockeneis versehen und sicher versiegelt. So bleibt die Lieferung 24-48 Stunden tiefgekühlt.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, where you can track your order.

Please provide your correct email address and phone number so the shipping company can contact you. You can also leave instructions, such as "Leave the package at the front door if no one is home."

What makes our Ice Cream Energy Balls so special?

Our Ice Cream Energy Balls have a pretty short ingredient list. They consist of 65% dates, rolled oats, and cocoa. Since dates are naturally sweet enough, we consciously avoid adding any artificial sweeteners. We only use a small amount of erythritol in our ice cream. And what makes them so special? They're the first energy ball with an ice cream filling ;)
