Where is delivery going?

We deliver our FRO ZEN Power products within Germany and Austria. You can find a list of retailers who have our products in Austria here .

Which shipping service provider will ship the products?

In Germany and Austria, shipping is carried out by DPD.

How long are your delivery times?

Austria : We ship once a week (Wednesday). So orders placed by Wednesday 11am (except on public holidays)
will be delivered within 24-48 hours (Thursday or Friday).

Germany : We ship twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). So orders placed by Tuesday or Thursday 11am (excluding public holidays) will be delivered within 24 hours.

How does shipping with frozen products work?

Your order will be placed in a well-insulated, fully compostable box,
provided with sufficient dry ice and securely sealed. This keeps the delivery frozen for 24-48 hours.

What should I pay attention to when placing my order?

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email where you can track your order.

Please provide your email address and phone number correctly so the carrier can contact you. You can also leave instructions, such as "leave package at front door if no one is home."

What makes your ice cream bars so special?

Our ice cream bars are free from added sugar and do not contain palm oil.
In addition, our variations do not just consist of a simple ice cream, but are combined with a delicious biscuit base and a glaze without palm oil. This combination, which is unique in the world, ensures a very special taste experience.

What is the difference between the high protein ice cream bars and the vegan ice cream bars?

We incorporate a balanced amount of whey protein into our High Protein Ice Cream Bars to increase your daily protein intake. Protein plays a crucial role not only in building muscle, but is also an important building block for our body. That's why not only the ice cream itself is different, but also the biscuit base in our vegan versions. A delicate mixture of almonds, tonka bean and vanilla offers a completely plant-based taste experience.

They offer a healthier alternative to conventional ice cream. Everyone defines "healthy" differently - it also depends on the person's lifestyle. Our products definitely support every active lifestyle!

What makes our Ice Cream Energy Balls so special?

Our Ice Cream Energy Balls have a fairly short list of ingredients. They consist of 65% of a mixture of dates, oat flakes and cocoa. Since dates are naturally sweet enough, we deliberately avoid adding any additives. We only use a small amount of erythritol in our ice cream. And what makes them so special? They are the first energy ball with an ice cream filling ;)

Are the energy balls healthy?

Yes, they are, they are made from natural ingredients and have no added sugar. But as I said, "healthy" has a different meaning for everyone. Our products definitely support every active lifestyle!
