In this blog post we would like to introduce you to a simple but effective 10-minute ZEN morning routine.
Each step has been deliberately chosen to help you achieve a state of calm and serenity as you prepare for your day.
By incorporating this morning routine into your daily routine, you will find that you will not only be physically and mentally strengthened, but you will also be able to promote emotional balance. Regular practice of this routine will allow you to connect with yourself more consciously and build a stable foundation for the rest of your day.
Immerse yourself in the world of mindfulness and inner silence and let us create your morning routine together:
- Wake up (1 minute): Take a minute to consciously wake up. Breathe in and out deeply and feel your body and mind.
- Yoga (2 minutes): Start with some gentle warm-up exercises like neck twists, shoulder circles and side stretches. Then do three rounds of the Sun Salutation sequence, focusing on your breathing and feeling the connection between movement and breath.
- Meditation (2 minutes): Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and find a comfortable position. Start by taking a few deep breaths to calm your mind. Bring your attention to your breath. Observe the natural flow of your breath without trying to control or change it. When thoughts arise, just let them pass by without following them or getting carried away by them. Focus on the present moment and feel the silence and peace within you.
- Journaling (1 minute): Take a moment to write down your thoughts. Write down what you are grateful for or what you want to accomplish that day. Let your thoughts flow freely and express yourself without judging yourself.
